Set within the beautiful parklands of Burghley House, Stamford in Lincolnshire, AR Events Ltd in association with the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials offers exclusive entertaining facilities at its prime location against the backdrop of the magnificent Elizabethan Burghley House.

The three disciplines of the 3-day Event are designed to be a complete test of horsemanship.The competition begins with the elegance and poise of Dressage on Thursday and Friday. Saturday’s thrilling Cross Country phase is a test of courage and endurance and on Sunday the show jumping in the Main Arena brings the competition to a nail-biting finale.

Private facilities are available for numbers in excess of 30 with smaller numbers being accommodated in the Burghley Restaurant. The glass fronted marquee, complete with private gardens, offers superb views of Burghley House and is a short stroll from the famous ‘shopping village’. The bustling avenues of over 500 shops offer an unbeatable array of luxury goods, rural crafts, jewellery, furniture, clothing and every gift idea under the sun. Not forgetting Burghley’s legendary food walk offering you the opportunity to indulge in a diverse medley of international and regional foods.
