11.00am - Guests arrive at Scone Palace for a Champagne and Canape Reception in one of the State Rooms
11.30am - A two course brunch will be served with half a bottle of wine and water followed by tea and coffee
12.30pm - Guests escorted from the Palace to the BBC Guest area
1.00pm - Show begins - guests have private access to the concert arena from the BBC Guest area
10.00pm - Show finishes, guests depart
