There is no better way to be part of the show than by entertaining within the perfect surroundings of the Hospitality Village where you will be afforded the very best in hospitality.
The contemporary RHS Chelsea Hospitality Pavilions and Chelseas Club provide the perfect recipe for you and your guests to enjoy an afternoon and evening at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, with dinner served from 8.00pm.
Chelsea Pavilions
The exquisitely designed and appointed Chelsea Flower Show is an occasion not to be missed. Be inspired and discover gardenings new trends, whats hot and whats not.
Reserve a private pavilion for 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday or Wednesday, or for a minimum of 30 guests on Friday.
These private chalets offer optimum comfort for your evenings dining.
Chelsea Club
There is no minimum number required for a reservation in the Chelsea Club, the official shared restaurant located within the Hospitality Village
Private tables will be guaranteed for ten guests with smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables.
VIP hospitality includes;
- Admission to the show, giving guests access to the showground from 3.30pm
- Access to you hospitality facility from 3.30pm
- Traditional afternoon tea available from 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Grande Marque Champagne & canape reception from 7.00pm
- Full complimentary bar from 3.30pm - 9.30pm
- Four course dinner with fine wines served in your hospitality facility at 8.00pm (depart showground at 10.00pm)

Please note the show closes at 8.00pm by which time guests are required to return to their hospitality facility. All guests must depart the grounds by 10.00pm
