Where will the dedicated entrance to the hospitality facility be located?
The hospitality entrance is Gate 30. You will be sent an email within one week of the event, confirming directions, along with a map so you can plan your arrival.
What is the closest Hyde Park entrance for the hospitality area?
We recommend Marble Arch (Central Line) or Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line) tube stations, and then follow signs.
Is parking included in this package?
There is no parking included in this package; we would recommend using public transport to get to and from the event.
How long will I have access to the glass-fronted hospitality area?
The hospitality facility and bar opens at 15:00, the bar will close 30 minutes prior to the final act finishing.
What will I be able to see from the private viewing terrace?
You will be able to see the main stage, please be aware that the hospitality structure is 190m from the stage.
What will the drinks reception on arrival consist of?
This will be a prosecco reception.
What will the afternoon tea consist of?
This will be sandwiches, scones and baked cakes/desserts, served seated at your table.
What will the complimentary bar consist of?
The complimentary bar will serve a selection of wines, prosecco, beer and soft drinks. Spirits, champagne and premium wines may be purchased in addition to the package, on the day. All additional purchases on the day can be made via credit card payment only. The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the final act finishing.
Can I bring alcohol into the hospitality area?
Due to the package including a complimentary bar we ask that you do not bring any alcohol with you.
What will the seating arrangements be for the three-course sit down dinner?
Tables will be set for 8 – 12 guests. Smaller parties will be sat on shared tables. This means couples will be sat with other couples etc. We will contact you within three weeks prior to the event to confirm if you have any seating requests, or if there is another booked party you would like to be sat with.
Who do I inform of dietary and seating requirements?
All guests will be contacted prior to the event (typically three weeks before) to confirm all dietary requirements, special requests and table arrangements - should you wish to be sat with other guests, including any specific access needs.
What are the age restrictions for this event?
Unfortunately, the Hospitality area is strictly over 18 only and cannot accommodate children.
Will any of the performing artists be in the Hospitality area?
This is unlikely and not guaranteed with the package.
Does this Hospitality Package include meet and greet with the performing artists?
There are no meet and greet packages available to purchase for this event.
How will I receive arrival instructions and information?
Tickets will be dispatched to you by post and you can check the status by contacting your point of purchase; all relevant arrival instructions will be sent to you by email and by post within one week of the event.
